Appointments

You may call the office at 480-699-4867,  or email us at appts@dynamicsystemsrehab.com to arrange an appointment. Your initial appointment will require 10 minutes of paperwork before your appointment and 90 minutes for your initial evaluation and treatment. Follow up appointments will generally be one hour in length.

Please have your insurance information available when you call or write. We need to verify your coverage so we both know how much of your care will be covered.

Please bring your planner or calendar to your first appointment. Following your initial appointment, we will schedule your remaining visits. Should you need to reschedule an appointment, our cancellation policy requires a 24-hour notice to avoid a cancellation charge.
