The clinic is located within "Ironwood Square" (a complex with many doctor's offices). Ironwood Square is located in-between 92nd street and 96th street, south of Shea Blvd. and north of Mountain View Rd. The "A" on the map below shows our exact location. Notice: The building is NOT on the 92nd Street frontage.
If you are traveling north on 92nd Street:
Turn right at Ironwood Square Dr. This will take you into the Ironwood Square Complex. Proceed straight ahead, turning left after the fourth building on your left, # 10213. The clinic doors will be the first door on your left after you turn. Our suite number is 102 in Building 10213 and our clinic door is the left hand door reading "Dynamic Systems Rehabilitation." Ignore the "Private Entrance" door on the right for Suite 101. Feel free to park in any of the uncovered spaces that are not labeled "Reserved."
If you are traveling south on 92nd Street:
You are unable to make a direct left turn at Ironwood Square Dr. traveling south on 92nd Street. You must make a u-turn at the third cut in the boulevard just beyond Realty Executives. After you have carefully made the u-turn, turn right almost immediately at Ironwood Square Dr. This takes you into the Ironwood Square Complex. Proceed straight ahead, turning left after the fourth building on your left, # 10213. The clinic doors will be the first doors on your left after you turn. Our suite number is 102 in Building 10213 and our clinic door is the left hand door reading "Dynamic Systems Rehabilitation." Ignore the "Private Entrance" door on the right for Suite 101. Feel free to park in any of the uncovered spaces that are not labeled "Reserved."
If you are traveling north on 96nd Street:
Take the first left at Ironwood Square Drive after you go through the Mountain View intersection. This will take you into the Ironwood Square Complex. Proceed straight ahead and as the road swings right, turn right at the fourth available turn/cut in the curb which is in front of the first gray/burgundy building, # 10213 . Once you have made that right, the clinic will be the first building on the left side of the road. Our suite number is 102 and our clinic door is the left hand door reading "Dynamic Systems Rehabilitation." Ignore the "Private Entrance" door on the right for Suite 101. Feel free to park in any of the uncovered spaces that are not labeled "Reserved."
