Matthew J. Taylor, PT, PhD Founder, Co-owner and Director
It is Dr Taylor’s passion to provide a rehabilitation experience focused in dignity and compassion. He has made it his life’s work to explore new techniques of therapeutic rehabilitation in order to offer a more complete recovery to his patients. For the last 30 years, with his graduate degree in physical therapy and his doctorate in the study of chronic pain, he has worked to find a solution for self-empowered healing. Jordan N. Staenberg, OTD, OTR/L
Jordan Staenberg, a doctor of occupational therapy and yoga teacher, founded Mindful Occupational Therapy, LLC, to help individuals reclaim their full capacity for living. She offers a distinctive and holistic approach to occupational therapy, helping individuals live artfully with innovative, evidence-based, effective methods for improving function and comfort. She uniquely integrates physical, cognitive, psychological, sensory, and psychosocial components for optimal health, wellness and quality of life. Jordan has been able to improve the lives thousands living with a wide range of conditions including chronic and traumatic acquired neurological conditions, amputees, orthopedic conditions, pulmonary rehabilitation and pediatric diagnoses. Jordan also provides American Family Physician endorsed services for promoting psychological wellness for depressive symptoms and anxiety. As a mother herself, she is passionate about evidence-based mind-body pre and post-natal care. Jennifer Collins Taylor, MSW Co-owner
Jennifer is our Operations Director. From the serene beauty of the waiting area to the calm atmosphere of the clinic, Jennifer works to make your experience a more peaceful and pleasant one. She and Matthew have been married since 1980 and have been working as a team ever since. Besides working with the clinic Jennifer spends much of her time on her business, coordinating opportunities for healthy conversations about death and dying.

Mary Ann Christensen, RYT 500
Mary Ann is a Yoga therapist, Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), and Certified Yoga Instructor (CYI). She is also a Parkinson's Wellness Recovery (PWR!) Fitness Trainer, specifically in PWR! Moves and PWR! Circuit. She received her education from the Matthew J. Taylor Institute, Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy Levels I & II, Southwest Institute of Healing Arts, the PWR! Academy and is a participant in the Integrative Yoga Therapy 500 hour Yoga Therapy Certification program.
